If your order amount is more than 900 USD, we can provide phytosanitary certificate for free, otherwise you need to pay 70 USD for the phytosanitary certificate.

Jinshan Coral prefers a warm, dry and sunny environment. It is drought-resistant, slightly tolerant to semi-shade, and avoids waterlogging. It has the habit of growing in warm seasons and dormant in cold seasons. It is a "summer type" among plants. The main growing season is from April to October. It should be placed in a sunny place during the growing period. Insufficient light will cause the stems and branches to grow too long and easily fall over. The stems and branches of plants grown in sunny places are short and thick, and the leaves are arranged compactly. When watering, avoid long-term waterlogging in the pot soil to cause the bulb to rot. Apply decomposed thin liquid fertilizer or compound fertilizer once every half a month to promote plant growth. Stop fertilizing after September. Pay attention to ventilation in summer to avoid stuffiness. You can slightly shade it to prevent exposure to the sun and avoid long-term rain. Move it to a sunny place indoors in winter. It can be watered appropriately when it is above 10℃. The plant will dormant when it is below 10℃, and it is susceptible to frost damage when it is below 5℃. The coral reef should be repotted once every spring. The dry stems and branches should be cut off and planted with new culture soil. The soil should be loose, fertile, well-drained and breathable, with coarser particles and mixed with humus materials to increase soil nutrients and facilitate plant growth.

We do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if the goods are lost or severely damaged ( minor damage such as slight shriveling, fallen leaves, broken lateral buds, etc. are not covered by insurance), we can resend or replace your product . For the next order, please contact us within three working days after the courier signs for it, otherwise we will not be able to compensate you.

It is normal that the color of the plant is slightly different from the photo due to the difference in season or climate or temperature or light.

Plants that have been transported for a long time need to be unpacked immediately after arrival.

2. Trim the bad leaves of the plant

3. Place the plant in a cool and ventilated place for 2-3 days , and dry it for 3-5 days without roots or with pruned roots
4. Water it for the first time one week after planting, and place it in a cool, ventilated and sunny place, but avoid direct sunlight, which is the normal condition of plants.

2. It is normal for the plant to be slightly damaged during long-term transportation.
The leaves of the plant are shriveled and wrinkled, and the bottom leaves are slightly dry. These are all normal metabolic phenomena of the plant and will return to normal after normal maintenance.

It is normal for plants to have "branch breaking or falling, slight stretching, leaf falling , shriveling and wrinkling " during transportation , and we do not assume any responsibility.
If you find that the plants you received have blackened, rotted, or other problems, please take photos of all the damaged plants and send them to us immediately (please take photos of all damaged plants of the same variety together) . We will provide you with relevant restocking or replace them free of charge during your next shipment.

1. Each box of plants will have corresponding packing details in the packaging . Please check the total number of products first. If there is a shortage or quality problem, please take a photo or video and contact us within 48 hours!
2. Please take a photo of the outer box and the status of the plant, and we will properly handle it according to the following compensation standards. If it exceeds 48 hours, all losses will be borne by the buyer.
3. Wrinkled or withered leaves: In order to ensure the survival rate of multiple plants, we will dry them when they are shipped, so it is normal for them to wilt when they are received. Please plant them in moist soil and they will recover after a day or two.
