Light RequirementsIt thrives in full sun exposure (6–8 hours of direct sunlight daily). Adequate light is critical for caudex development-insufficient light leads to elongated, weak branches and poor caudex swelling. For indoor cultivation, place it near a south-facing window or use grow lights with a full-spectrum bulb.

Temperature

Ideal Temperature: 20°C–30°C (68°F–86°F) during active growth. It can tolerate brief heat waves up to 38°C (100°F).
