Bare root, without pot and soil. Please allow up to 3-7 business days for us to process your order as they usually take a few days to dry the roots. We can send by air (2-3 days), by sea (12-15 days), prices and times vary, please contact us for logistics details.

If your order amount exceeds 900 USD, we can provide phytosanitary certificate for free, otherwise you need to pay 70 USD for phytosanitary certificate.

Suitable potting soil

Egg Beauty must use flower pots and soil with good permeability. The flower pots should be floor tile pots or clay pots. The soil can be mixed with sapropel, river sand, garden soil, vermiculite and a small amount of organic fertilizer to ensure sufficient nutrients.

Watering method

Egg Beauty likes a dry environment. Daily maintenance must control plant watering and keep the soil moist during the growing season. During dormancy, the need for water decreases and watering should be reduced to keep the soil dry.

Egg Beauty also needs reasonable fertilization. The key is to apply more thin fertilizer to ensure that the base fertilizer is fully applied on the pot. During the plant growth season, apply dilute liquid fertilizer every 20 days or so to ensure plant growth. Fertilization should be stopped during dormancy to avoid fertilizer damage.

Adequate light

Egg beauties like light and can make full use of sunlight for maintenance in spring, summer, autumn and winter. In summer, when the light is too strong, shade the plants to avoid sunburn.

The soil of Egg Beauty must be replaced every 1 to 2 years to replace the new pot soil to provide a better soil environment for the plants and avoid the impact of soil board adhesion on the plants.

We do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if the goods are lost or seriously damaged (minor damage such as slight dryness, fallen leaves, broken side buds, etc. are not covered by insurance), we can reship or replace your product. For your next order, please contact us within three working days after signing for the express delivery, otherwise we will not be able to compensate.

It is normal for the color of the plant to be slightly different from that in the photo due to differences in season or climate or temperature or light.

We have legal export qualifications and certificates. For some endangered products, a CITIES certificate can be issued to ensure that the plants comply with the relevant policies of your country and can be transported to you smoothly.

Plants that have been transported for a long time need to be unpacked immediately upon arrival.
