If your order amount exceeds USD 900, we can provide the phytosanitary certificate for free, otherwise you need to pay USD 70 for the phytosanitary certificate.

The optimal growth temperature is 15-25°C. In northern winter, when the temperature is below 5°C, precautions should be taken to prevent frostbite. In summer, you should pay attention to shade and avoid exposure to the sun to avoid damage to the plants. In spring, autumn and winter, you should give plants enough sunlight to help them grow. There is little water above 35 degrees, and no water above 40 degrees. In winter, when the temperature is below five degrees, there is little water, and when the temperature is below zero, there is no water supply. Every time you water, be sure not to dry it out and water it thoroughly to avoid water accumulation in the soil. Slow-release fertilizers can be applied to promote plant growth.

We do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if the goods are lost or severely damaged (minor damage such as slight dryness, fallen leaves, broken side buds, etc. are not covered by insurance), we can reship or replace your product. For your next order, please contact us within three working days after signing for the express delivery, otherwise we will not be able to compensate.

It is normal for the color of the plant to be slightly different from that in the photo due to differences in season or climate or temperature or light.

We have legal export qualifications and certificates. For some endangered products, a CITIES certificate can be issued to ensure that the plants comply with the relevant policies of your country and can be transported to you smoothly.

Plants that have been transported for a long time need to be unpacked immediately upon arrival.

If you find that the plants you received have problems such as blackening, rotting, etc., please immediately take photos of all damaged plants to us (please take photos of all damaged plants of the same species together), and we will provide you with relevant replenishment Or get a free replacement on your next shipment.

1. Each box of plants will have corresponding packing details in its packaging. Please check the total number of products first. If out of stock or quality issues, please take photos or videos and contact us within 48 hours!

2. Please take photos of the outer box and plant status, and we will handle it appropriately according to the following compensation standards. If it exceeds 48 hours, all losses will be borne by the buyer.

3. Leaves shrivel or wither: In order to ensure the survival rate of many plants, we will dry them when shipping, so it is normal for them to wither when received. Please plant in moist soil and it will recover in a day or two.
