Bare roots, without pots and soil. Please allow us up to 3-7 working days to process your order, as they usually take a few days to dry the roots. We can send by air (2-3 days ), sea (12-15 days), prices and times vary, please contact us for logistics details. The site supports direct ordering of small purchase samples, but we do not recommend it because the shipping cost and value comparison of smaller orders is not ideal.

If your order amount is more than 900 USD, we can provide the phytosanitary certificate for free, otherwise you need to pay 70 USD for the phytosanitary certificate.

It needs to be provided with loose, breathable and nutritious soil, which can be mixed with peat soil, perlite and garden soil. Rose succulents are relatively drought-resistant, so do not water them too much to prevent water accumulation. During the growing season, keep them in a sunny place and provide them with sufficient light to promote growth. It does not require much fertilizer, and a thin fertilizer can be applied once a month during the growing season. Maintain good ventilation and the environment should not be stuffy.

Spring and Autumn: Spring and autumn are the growing seasons, and full sun is preferred. During the growing season, a small amount of water can be sprayed on the soil surface every week to prevent root death.

Summer: It will go dormant in summer. Like all succulents with a dormant period, it needs to be properly shaded to avoid exposure to the sun, and a well-ventilated environment should be maintained. In the rainy season in summer, watering should be controlled. You can water it in small amounts along the edge of the pot, but do not cause water to accumulate in the pot soil, otherwise the roots of the plant will rot.

Winter: Be careful to prevent frostbite. When the temperature drops below 5 degrees, bring the plant into a warm room. In winter, gradually stop watering and keep the soil dry to improve the plant's cold resistance.

We do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if the goods are lost or severely damaged ( minor damage such as slight shriveling, fallen leaves, broken lateral buds, etc. are not covered by insurance), we can resend or replace your product. For the next order, please contact us within three working days after the courier signs for it, otherwise we will not be able to compensate you.

It is normal that the color of the plant is slightly different from the photo due to the difference in season or climate or temperature or light.

Plants that have been transported for a long time need to be unpacked immediately after arrival.

If you find that the plants you received have blackened, rotted, or other problems, please take photos of all the damaged plants and send them to us immediately (please take photos of all damaged plants of the same variety together). We will provide you with relevant restocking or replace them free of charge during your next shipment.
