1. Temperature requirements: 15-25℃ is the best, and it is generally not lower than 10℃ in winter . If it is lower than 10℃, it will enter the dormant period. After entering autumn, the larger temperature difference between day and night and good light are conducive to the color change of the plant. If it is lower than 5 ℃, it is easy to get frostbite.

Light: Sufficient, if conditions permit, extend it by about 3 hours longer than other succulents. In summer, pay attention to shade and avoid exposure to the sun to avoid plant damage

2. Ventilation: Good (both air and soil are required).

3. Soil: Hard particles above 85 (key point), with good drainage. Soft particles have too good water retention, which is not conducive to later maintenance, because water is not controlled after the acclimatization period.

4. Watering: Once a week, water thoroughly. Watering is spraying

5. Leaf spray: spray the leaves in the morning and evening for 5 to 10 minutes to dry the amount (spray far away).

6. Brush powder: If the powder is still very thick after spraying, you can use a makeup brush to gently brush it off. Do not expose it to the sun within 10 days, and do not place it directly under the lamp. If the powder is thick, apply it three times, and the interval between them is about 20 days after normal light exposure, so as to avoid sunburn after the flesh is not adapted to the powder.

7. Flower pot: Try to choose a wide mouth, the pot mouth can play a more ventilating role.

8. Bottom stone: Be sure to lay more than two centimeters.

9. Paving stone: It is recommended to use vitality soil, which is breathable.

10. Pests and diseases: This variety has strong genes, and balcony maintenance rarely occurs. If you are not sure, use Lunasen anti-bacteria and dimethoate to prevent insects in spring and autumn.

 

 

We do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if the goods are lost or severely damaged ( minor damage such as slight shriveling, fallen leaves, broken lateral buds, etc. are not covered by insurance), we can resend or replace your product . For the next order, please contact us within three working days after the courier signs for it, otherwise we will not be able to compensate you.

 

 

It is normal that the color of the plant is slightly different from the photo due to the difference in season or climate or temperature or light.

We have legal export qualifications and certificates. For some endangered products, we can issue CITIES certificates to ensure that the plants comply with the relevant policies of your country and can be smoothly transported to you .

 

 

Plants that have been transported for a long time need to be unpacked immediately after arrival.

1. Please remove the outer packaging of the plant

2. Trim the bad leaves of the plant

3. Place the plant in a cool and ventilated place for 2-3 days , and dry it for 3-5 days without roots or with pruned roots

4. Water it for the first time one week after planting, and place it in a cool, ventilated and sunny place, but avoid direct sunlight, which is the normal condition of plants.

 

1. Due to differences in seasons, climate, temperature, and light, the color or size of the plant may be slightly different from the photo, which is normal.

2. It is normal for the plant to be slightly damaged during long-term transportation.

3. The leaves of the plant are shriveled and wrinkled, and the bottom leaves are slightly dry. These are all normal metabolic phenomena of the plant and will return to normal after normal maintenance.

If you find that the plants you received have blackened, rotted, or other problems, please take photos of all the damaged plants and send them to us immediately (please take photos of all damaged plants of the same variety together). We will provide you with relevant restocking or replace them free of charge during your next shipment.

 

 

You can choose to inquire about shipping costs and pay for your order, contact us to get a shipping discount , and then pay the shipping cost. We will prepare and ship your order within 3 to 7 days after receiving it.

We can deliver products to Asia, Europe, America, and Oceania. If there are special circumstances such as national policy adjustments that make it impossible to ship, we will notify you in time and refund you after you place the order.

 

 

1. Each box of plants will have corresponding packing details in the packaging . Please check the total number of products first. If there is a shortage or quality problem, please take a photo or video and contact us within 48 hours!
2. Please take a photo of the outer box and the status of the plant, and we will properly handle it according to the following compensation standards. If it exceeds 48 hours, all losses will be borne by the buyer.
3. Wrinkled or withered leaves: In order to ensure the survival rate of multiple plants, we will dry them when they are shipped, so it is normal for them to wilt when they are received. Please plant them in moist soil and they will recover after a day or two.
