Cupid likes a cool and dry environment and is afraid of a watery, stuffy, and humid environment. It likes light, and it is recommended to be placed in full sunlight. If conditions permit, it should be placed on the terrace. Shade and ventilate in summer to prevent burns. It is better to choose granular soil such as coarse sand as the soil has good air permeability. It can be watered once every 5-7 days during the spring and autumn growing season, and twice a month in summer. Do not leave water droplets on the leaves, which are easy to burn. Shade and ventilate in time during high temperatures in summer.

We do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if the goods are lost or severely damaged ( minor damage such as slight shriveling, fallen leaves, and broken side buds are not covered by insurance), we can reship or replace your product. For the next order, please contact us within three working days after the courier signs for it, otherwise we will not be able to compensate.

Plants that have been transported for a long time need to be unpacked immediately after arrival.

If you find that the plants you received have blackened, rotted, or other problems, please take photos of all the damaged plants and send them to us immediately (please take photos of all damaged plants of the same variety together). We will provide you with relevant restocking or replace them free of charge during your next shipment.
