After long-term transportation, succulent plants need to be unpacked immediately upon arrival.

Remove the soil from the plant roots.

Trim the roots of the plant to about 2 cm.

Place the plant in a cool, ventilated area for 1-2 days.

Water the plant for the first time one week after planting, and keep it in a ventilated and sunny location, but avoid direct sunlight.

Remove any damaged leaves before planting.

It's normal for succulents to vary slightly in color or size from photos due to differences in season, climate, temperature, and light.

It is also normal for succulents to be slightly damaged during long transportation. This can include:

Lateral branches being crushed or falling off.

Slight stretching.

Leaves falling off.

Leaves becoming slightly withered or dry, or the bottom leaves drying out or rotting due to the plant's normal metabolism.

It is normal for succulents to experience "lateral branches being crushed or falling off, slight stretching, or leaves falling off" during transportation, and we are not responsible for these issues.

If you find black spots, rot, watering issues, or other problems with the succulents upon receipt, please immediately take photos of all the damaged succulents (please group all damaged ones of the same variety together for the photos). We will provide a relevant refund or replace them for free in your next shipment.

Each succulent will have a corresponding label on the outer packaging. Please check the total number of products first. For missing items or quality issues, please take photos or videos and contact us within 48 hours!

Please take pictures of the outer boxes and the condition of the plants, and we will handle it according to our compensation standards. If it exceeds 48 hours, all losses shall be borne by the buyer.

Wrinkled or wilted leaves: To ensure the survival rate of succulents, we always dry them for delivery, so it is normal to receive succulents that are wilted or slightly smaller. Please plant them in moist soil, and they will recover in a week or two.

Some succulent leaves are relatively fragile, so it is normal for some leaves to fall off. Please choose healthy leaves, and let's do leaf cuttings together! Place the leaves flat on the surface of the soil. When the temperature and humidity are suitable, the leaves will germinate. As the cuttings grow, they will become new succulents again!
